Custom Printed Products

Because all canopies are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final once artwork has been approved and production has begun.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If we make an error or your item arrives defective, we will repair, replace, or refund the affected item at our discretion.

Return Requests

Any issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom printed canopies
• Custom printed accessories
• Clearance items
• Special order products

Many ecommerce sellers use a limited return window (often around 14 days) and clearly exclude custom products from standard returns.
