All custom canopy orders are made to order. Artwork approval and production typically take 3 business days before shipping.

Shipping Time

Once production is complete, most orders arrive within 5-7 business days depending on destination.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs, or events outside our control.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work to replace damaged items as quickly as possible. Canopy Turtle recommends clearly explaining damaged-item procedures in your policy.
